Navarro's defense stifled the Golden Norsemen on five first downs and 109 yards from 37 offensive plays.
Linebackers Eddy Toussom and Jordan Smith, defensive back Ty Marsh, and end Braelyn Ward highlighted Navarro's defensive effort.
Tousoome made five tackles, four TFLs and two sacks.
Smith had a team-high nine stops, with three TFLs, two sacks and a quarterback hurry.
Marsh also totaled nine tackles, forced a fumble and made a tackle behind the line of scrimmage.
Toussom recovered an NEO fumble in the end zone for one touchdown, while Smith intercepted a Bryce Bodkin pass and returned it 46 yards for another score.
The Bulldogs resume SWJCFC play next Saturday at Kilgore against the unbeaten, third-ranked Rangers (3-0) at R.E. St. John Memorial Stadium. NC will be seeking its third consecutive win in a series that began in 1949.
