Navarro came out victorious this weekend with multiple players stepping up for the 'Dawgs against conference opponents No. 13 Panola College and Coastal Bend College.
Outside hitter, Johanna Alcantara, combined for 24 kills between the two games, while outside hitter Shea Slusser contributed nicely with 20 kills and 44 digs combined. Shea led the team defensively and kept quite a few points from going to the opponents. Rightside hitter, Madison Schultz, came in at an opportune time for the 'Dawgs against the Cougers to lead the team in kills at fourteen.
NC was paced by Shea Slusser, who totaled 44 digs with freshman libero Kayleigh Shultz just behind with 37 digs.
